Step 1: Deposit

A 50% Deposit is required to retain a place on the client wait list. This is 100% refundable for any reason before work commences. Wait times vary anywhere between 2-6 months according to current workload but an approximate delivery time will be discussed with the client. Inquire ahead of time if you have a specific date in mind.

Step 2: Design

Once I receive your photographs we can discuss portrait style and size. The photographs you supply will impact greatly on the portrait I will create. Please review the section on how to photograph your pet for best portrait results for a successful portrait

Step 3: Proofs

Before I begin painting the portrait, a mock up (JPEG) of what the final portrait will look like will be sent to you via email for your approval.

Step 4: Progress

I will send two progress shots of your painting during its creation for your input and direction.

Step 5: Final

After completion of the portrait, I'll e-mail a digital image of the final painting. At this time any changes in the portrait that you still require can be made. Once you are completely satisfied with the painting your final payment will be required.

Step 6: Shipping

I ship world wide via FedEx and each painting is packaged with care to ensure its safe delivery. Each piece is insured for its full value. Shipping costs are calculated separately according to size and destination.
